Annual Legislative Dinner

Celebrated for years now, this event, often hosted at and known as our “Greek Islands” dinner, brings
together Democratic activists and elected officials to review/debrief the most recent election and
political landscape. It is always well attended and usually includes a designated keynote speaker. In

2021, it was Congresswoman and Democratic Party of Illinois Chair, Robin Kelly, along with legislative leaders from this area. Often there is an opportunity for some Q & A from our audience and we all learn from each other. DWDC is proud to host this event as it provides closure and unity going forward within the Party.
