Annual Meeting and Brunch

Each year in January, DWDC holds their annual meeting at which reports summarizing the year’s
activities are submitted for publication by all officers and standing committee chairs. Officers of the
organization are also elected by ballot at the Annual Meeting, unless there is but one nominee for an
office, in which case a voice vote may be taken. All officers are voted upon by the membership at large,
with the exception of the President who automatically succeeds to that office from the office of
President-Elect and the Corresponding Secretary who is appointed by the President.
The brunch is always a festive occasion with captivating speakers on deck! For 2022, DWDC was
honored to have the Illinois Lt. Governor, Juliana Stratton and DuPage County Clerk, Jean Kaczmarek, as
our keynote speakers.
