Anne Wick

Anne Wick is a former Chemist, retired Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer and served as the District Director for the Illinois 6th Congressional District. Her EOD career included underwater aircraft recoveries, mine countermeasures, Secret Service support and experimental test diving. She served on the Executive Committee of the Coalition for a Better Illinois 6th and was a co-founder of Downers Grove Progressive Women where she continues to serve on the Steering Committee. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Illinois. Anne has resided in Downers Grove with her husband and two children for 19 years.
